• We affirm trans people and support clarifying the Human Rights Act
• We supported Conversion Prohibition Practices legislation
• We supported BDMRA legislation to make it easier for trans, gender diverse and intersex people to update their birth certificates
• We supported civil unions and amendment of marriage legislation
• We supported Homosexual Law Reform
